It has been more than 20 years since, in 1990 in Venice, a group of consultants and professionals decided to join forces and create a new knowledge intensive business service company to support the regional players in the difficult challenge of continued and sustainable development. Kairos from the beginning has been characterized as a meeting place and hub where excellent advanced service providers compare and combine in order to access the market as a united front. Thus, today, Kairos is a consulting and training company offering quality services for organizational development of enterprises, public bodies and not-for-profit organizations through a structured network of partners that make out of expertise, passion and creativity a common brand.
